주한 태국 대사에게 보낸 면담요청서

I wish you the development of your embassy.

 

I am Sangmoon Suh, a reporter of Ohmynews, one of influential news media in South Korea.

 

Last year, I was denied entry and treated unfairly under significant human rights violation due to the obvious and tremendous unfair mistakes by security officers during entry procedures at Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok. I formally request you to have meeting to inquire to get to the bottom of this human rights abusion and request to apologize and compensate for physical and mental damages before claiming this issue to not only a variety of media channels but also South Korea Government.

 

If you do not respond my request within ten days, I would officially claim this issue to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, South Korea and your country Thailand Government and spread this violation to media in South Korea. Please keep in mind this. I look forward to getting your kind response.

귀 대사관의 안녕과 발전을 기원합니다.

 

나는 한국의 유력한 인터넷 매체 중의 하나인 ‘오마이뉴스’ 시민기자 서상문이라고 합니다.

 

작년 9월, 나는 미얀마에서 비행기로 귀국의 수도 방콕의 돈 므앙 공항에 도착해서 입국 수속을 기다리던 중 그곳 공항의 보안(security)요원들의 명백한 업무과오로 인해 부당하게 입국거부를 당하면서 국제적인 관례에 어긋난 비상식적인 인격침해를 당해 극심한 고초를 겪은 바 있습니다.

 

나는 이에 관해 한국에서 언론보도와 한국정부에 정식으로 문제제기를 하기 전에 먼저 귀 대사관의 대사에게 진상규명과 사과 및 손해배상을 요청해주기를 의뢰하고자 면담을 요청합니다.

 

만약 이 요청을 받고서 10일 안으로 답이 없을 경우 위에서 말한 대로 한국외교부에다 정식으로 문제제기를 하고 언론에도 보도할 것이니 이 점 유념하시기 바랍니다. 빠르고 긍정적인 회신을 기다리고 있겠습니다.
